How does someone end up leading oversize loads through rain, snow, and chaos across state lines? In Uncle Mike’s case — it started with a buddy from college.

“He told me what he did for work, and I thought — hey, I love to drive. He encouraged me to get certified, showed me the ropes, and just like that, I was part of the network.”

Since then, Mike’s hauled through desert passes, mountain ranges, downtown city chaos, and everything in between. He specializes in chase, where you’ve gotta think fast, stay sharp, and adapt to whatever the road throws your way. (“It’s like keeping a dozen plates spinning all at once — and I love it.”)

But don’t let the calm demeanor fool you — Mike’s all about heavy hauls, oversized teamwork, and acting as a warning necessary to provide safety to the traveling public. He thrives on high-stakes coordination, oddball roadside moments, and finishing the run knowing you helped make something massive move safely across the country.

He prefers interstate and border-to-border runs, where the road stretches out, the conversations get interesting, and the Points of Interest are as good as or better than the compensation. Camping out in the rig? Even better.
